I chose Debra to represent my mother in the sale of her house in Valencia Isles in Boynton Beach, because of her business-like demeanor, her knowledge of the market, her connection to local craftsmen to ready the house for sale, and her constant availability to respond to questions or to handle sale details for us. She was a pleasure to deal with and entirely professional and responsible.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Debra found me a renter for my house in Florida and later helped me to sell my house. I live in NY so we did all this via telephone. She made all the arrangements with local contractors to fix minor repairs. She also did all the work of hiring a title company and lawyer for the sale. Although hired solely as a realtor, she acted as a house manager at the same time. This as very important since I couldnt be in Florida to take care of all these things. Debra came through big time for me and also got me a very fair price for my house. Lucky to have found her to represent me in the sale of my home.

I had to find and purchase a house during the worst time in history to house hunt. Luckily we found Debra. The process was long and nerve-wracking but we had a truly professional realtor in our corner. Realtors are like car mechanics: If you find a great one, stick with them! I highly recommend Debra.
