A year or so prior to buying our home, we had worked with a different realtor who was not very helpful and somewhat discouraging to work with. Jim was very open to what we had to say. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He showed us several homes that we had found and wanted to see. All of these had a disqualifying factor of some sort. Then one day he called and said he had one he wanted to show us. We immediately fell in love with every aspect of the property. We hadn't even considered it in our search however due to the listing price being well above our budget limits. With Jim's help during negotiations, we were able to purchase the house at a price that was below the upper limit of our budget. We are very thankful to Jim for his help and expertise.

Mr. Nott was very helpful in the research and purchase of our house in Cape Coral. Our research and house purchase lasted longer than two years. During this process, Jim always provided feedback and his recommendation which was very helpful in our decision making process. During the closing phase, he coordinated with title company, inspections and all other requirements for the house transfer. After the purchase of the house, since we were in California, Jim helped us with house preparation for hurricane Irma and inspection afterwards.
