I have bought and sold a number of houses and I have been then with a number of different real estate agents, but I would have to say that Debra Bellmaine and her husband John are by far the best that my wife and I have ever worked with. I say that because she is really good at finding out exactly what you want and then helping you to find that exact home, or that exact situation that is right for you. Her team is extremely good to work with and is really ethical. This sounds funny but she is so good at what she does that we would never use different a real estate agent again, unless we moved out of the area. She is like a good doctor, once you find one you stick with them, and we will stick with Debra for as long and she and her husband John are agents.

Found Debra by chance on Zillow & she was the perfect realtor to help my husband & I find our 1st home! We had a tight budget & specific things we wanted. She was always in contact with us, promptly arranged showings & didn't waste time having us look at homes that weren't within our limits. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the ins & outs of home buying. Answered all of my many questions & made sure I understood everything!
