I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with people. When I retired as a general contractor/real estate investor in 2008 a real estate broker had me start taking possession of bank owned assets and estimate/supervise repairs. I was having so much fun I decided to start work as a real estate agent in 2011. I also do valuations and estimates on Florida homes for local and nationwide lenders. I wrote the book "Home Improvements that Improve Values".
