Miss Lori has been AMAZING! Professional you want to do business with over and over! No matter if you are first time homebuyer or experienced flipper/investor you wont be left hanging. Not only we got an offer the same day the house went on market, but it also went under contract that same day! Lori listed our home a couple of years ago. Our first conversation was very encouraging as she thought our home should sell for a price higher than our first interview by quite a bit. It made me think the first real estate agent wanted to list at a price that he was confident of a quick sale. Interesting before we could have an open house, we had a contract. We had some other people interested, but we were under contract. Well a couple of weeks later our contract fell through and before we could have an open house we had another contract.....surprise.... for $20,000 more than the first contract we had agreed to and the biggest sales price in the neighborhood since crazy 2008. Needless to say, we were very happy with the job Lori did for us in a timely fashion. Very professional and very wise in her approach to working with us...... Thank you so much Lori
