I would recommend Steve to anyone! My husband and I are new to the area and wanted to find our perfect home. Steve was patient and willing to work at our pace. He continued to send us listing as they hit the market over the next 9 months. It was important to me because this was going to be our forever home and I didnt want to feel pressured. Finally, when we found what we were looking for, things moved fast. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Steve was always available and responded right away to all of my questions. I got lucky one day! I picked up the phone to find a REALTOR to handle my recently deceased mother-in-law's property in Crystal River. All of us kids live out-of-state, so I hoped I would find someone who would take care of us from long distance. I happened to contact ReMAX and they hooked me up with Steve. He promptly returned my call, and gave us all of the information we needed. He was patient and not even the slightest bit pushy. Once we were ready to proceed with the transaction (which had to go to probate) he was with us every step of the way. His communication was excellent and he was so kind. The property sold rather quickly so we just had to wait a few months for it to clear probate. The transaction is now closed and we are so thankful to have had everything go so smoothly.
