Ron came into a tough situation. I had an issue with my previous agent and I was very angry. When I met Ron I just knew I now had the right person. The first thing he impressed me with is , he said you need professional pictures for the MLS. His photos were some of the best I have ever seen. It makes all the difference in the world. We were relocating and trying to buy a house from afar. Ron was incredibly helpful! We flew in to Florida to go house hunting and he took two days to focus solely on showing us as many houses as he could. Ron was honest about the quality of houses and the different neighborhoods. While we did our own research, an honest and informed opinion from a local was valuable as well. Once we returned home, Ron was quick to provide updates on new houses, put offers together, and talk to other agents. All of our offers were passed over but one agent came back to us because their offer fell through. Ron was quick to call and text to bring us the news and he was quick to act once we aligned. We believe that rapid response was the difference in having our offered accepted. Once we were under contract, Ron’s team was great in getting everything together for closing. Jeff even reminded us to do things like set up water and wifi. We were thrilled with our experience with Ron and with our new house!

Ron helped my family help prepare an older relative with selling their Florida winter residence.
