I consult with families who are experiencing financial hardships or the loss of a loved one (homeowner) with negotiating, short sales, loan modifications preventing foreclosure, probate and property inheritance issues. I have developed a vast network of resources & professional allies over almost 3 decades in the real estate industry ensuring that my clients are receiving the highest level of service and support.
