William Scherer

Bill Scherer has been a South Florida resident since 1968, a real estate expert for Boca Raton and Delray Beach areas for more than 20 years, and has children that have graduated from Pine Crest School, Saint Andrews School and Spanish River High School. He has experience in almost every area of Florida real estate including: private islands, luxury homes, spec build homes, country club communities, investment properties, waterfront homes, beachfront properties, condominiums, townhomes, gated communities, green homes, senior communities, planned urban developments, short sales, fractional homes and even timeshares. Bill is a graduate from the University of Miami with a BA degree in 1985. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. Bill has participated in numerous educational programs and has earned multiple advanced Realtor designation and certification honors including Certified Residential Specialists
