I just wanted to thank you for all the work (literally!) that you did to help my parents house sell. It was nice meeting you while we were there in Florida emptying out their 32 years of accumulated items. You were especially helpful in walking us long-distance through the paperwork necessary, and in giving them realistic expectations of potential selling price ranges of their home and then in identifying the best offers. We found Carol through an internet search. Also through an on-line search we found a house that we thought we wanted to buy. Carol Investigated the situation, learned there were multiple offers and with her knowledge of the local market and this specific house told us she didn't think we should pursue it. She said, let me find a house for you. Because the market was so hot, she did a diligent search and found a house that she felt met our criteria. Long story, short: the house was vacant and Carol used FaceTime to "show" us the house since we were in Colorado. The seller accepted our offer and 3 weeks later we flew to Florida to see what we had contracted to buy. It exceeded our expectations and we closed in April 2021. We returned for the closing, but we had to return to Colorado because of our jobs. We gave Carol a key to the house and in our absence she continued to check on it every few weeks until we returned in June. Now, that's service!
