We reached out to Colleen to try to find a house closer to our family. We were not in any rush and had specific things we wanted for the house to have. We began searching in March and had placed offers on 2 houses that we were outbid on. In August we found a home that we loved and we were quite disappointed when we got outbid to a cash offer.
