We had been looking at real estate in SW Florida for several years online. We found Bonnie online and I decided to call her. She took the time to find out about us, our needs and desires, as well as a budget. Within a few days we had a large selection of potential homes to choose from. Throughout many long distance conversations, we were able to narrow our choices and Bonnie "showed" us properties virtually. Being 1500 miles away was not a problem at all! I would give Bonnie 10 stars if it were an option! I live in out of state, and when my dad passed last year I needed to sell his home in SW Florida. Bonnie gave me excellent advice from the initial consult through the close, did a beautiful job on the listing and sold the home very quickly, well above asking price (a nice surprise!). I was referred to Bonnie through a friend over 7 years ago when I was ready to move here. I was 1500 miles away, came down and Bonnie showed me homes and got an idea of what I was looking for.
