Terri and the Genesis team did EXACTLY what they promised. My home was professionally advertised, the photographer they hire is amazing and their entire team worked to get us the price we wanted in under a month. I recommend Terri and the Genesis Team to everybody.

I typically do not write a review for anyone, but the outstanding service I received from my Genesis Team calls for an exception. The most-significant support came from Terri Lodge from day-1 through Closing, and beyond. - well beyond either of our expectations from the home sale in CA to the close in FL., which were 180-degrees of one another. Terri put quality over quantity when it came to me and (two special cats) secure a home. I sold my CA home and moved to (wonderful) Fort Myers, FL. What I mean by quality is I was not just a number to Terri, she genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize herself with what I was comfortable with. A bonus is that she is a long-time resident and knows Fort Myers better than most local Realtors, if not all! Terri was always 100% professional, patient with my asks, and knew when to be aggressive to get me under contract! I appreciate everything she did for me. Terri is the closest thing to walking on water that I could hope for. She sold my property within 1 day for full price cash and then performed a miracle in finding me my dream house. The market in Ft Myers is nuts. Multiple bids on everything and it can be very disheartening if you don't have the right person in your corner. Terri found my house (which was not listed!!!) and negotiated with the sellers to allow me to purchase it before I ever saw it. It is my dream home and how she was able to do this I will never know. The sellers have become friends of mine and tell me they hadn't planned on selling but Terri convinced them they would love passing the home on to me. I don't know how I got so lucky, but Terri Lodge and her Genesis Realty Team will be my only REALTOR FOR LIFE. She IS honest with you and will go the extra mile to make your dreams come true. Terri was amazing. I had so many agents call me but no one really listened to me and helped me the way she did. Terri helped me work through my probate issues, found me a new place to live and was always there to help. No one would have done all that she did.
