Travis Talley

Travis and the team were incredibly helpful to our move. We relocated from the west coast, and had a finite amount of time to find a place. Immediately upon reaching out to them, they were aggressive in their search to find a place that met our needs. In addition to the search, they went above and beyond throughout the process of closing. Without their consistently excellent help, I don't know what we would have done. They were an excellent team to work with.

Travis helped us land our dream home (and apparently a dozen other people's dream home too). He was quick to respond, got us in to view it, and very carefully went over why we should offer what we should and where he felt our best bid would land amongst a sea of other offers. When it came down to it, the realtor, and the sellers ultimately chose us, from several other offers because they said they loved our story but also, that our contract that Travis had put together was the best laid out (which we had no idea how to do). I have listed my own home in the past, and thought the money was worth it, but working with Travis and his entire team showed me that sometimes having someone who handles everything for you, even if it costs a little extra, is more than worth it. I am 100% convinced if it hadn't been for the Talley group, we never would have landed the home we'd been waiting for! We will never go through the hassle of buying or selling again, without their help.

Travis and his team were totally professional and helpful in helping us buy our new property. Their communication was excellent and every one could not have been more friendly/helpful. I only give them 5 stars because 6 was not available!
