Julie is such a pleasure to work with! She has a very high level of expertise of not only real estate issues, but of the local market as well. She couldn't be more professional and watches out for her clients best interests. The listing we had with her received an offer after only a few days on the market, so we were excited. However, the buyers agent was being rather pushy and Julie felt that the offer had some holes in it that needed to be addressed. After getting all the facts from Julie, we decided not to proceed on the offer. One day later we received a new, full price offer for cash from a different buyer.
