Our last two properties Kaylyn was our realtor. They werent normal, easy purchases with many issues that had to be overcome and Kaylyn went above and beyond to help us through the buying process. She answers your calls, messages and emails immediately and takes care of every situation that arises. She deals with the mortgage company, inspector, roofer and every person that needs information and entrance into the house. She is tough when she needs to be but always professional. She negotiated in our favor on the both properties many thousands of dollars. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate business and has contacts with other professionals. We have and will refer her to everyone that needs an outstanding realtor.
