I was born in Miami. Over the years, I moved from South Florida to as far as St. Petersburg. But, I never moved out of the state. Yes, that makes me a native Floridian. I have been in the Winter Haven area since 1975. I became involved in Real Estate part time in 1998 when I started buying rental properties for my own interests. At one point, I had purchased up to 15 rental properties comprised of single family homes, a duplex, and some quadraplexes. I did my own property management for my rentals. I learned a great deal about Real Estate and rental properties. In 2004, I decided to move into Real Estate full time. I was already working in Real Estate part time for 6 years and enjoyed it very much. What was I doing previously full time? My previous career for the prior 26 years was managing technical support centers for large companies. My background is in computers and management. I got my Real Estate license in 2005 and moved into full time Real Estate sales.
