Our recent experience of selling our Florida property from long distance (we live out of state) was made very easy by the kind, personal, energetic, and detailed care given by Russie Weidl of Watson Realty Corp. She worked amazingly fast to get our house sold at the highest price possible. She found us a buyer before she even put the sign on the lawn. We closed in less than a month. Amazing. Certain details needed to get done prior to closing, and since we were not able to be there personally, Russie stepped up to the plate and managed matters to get the deal closed for us.
