Shari is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I owned an investment property in Deltona, and my last tenants had trashed the property. Shari described the property's condition to me, complete with photos. Shari immediately set me up with a lawn mowing service, house cleaner, and pest exterminator - all for well under $1000. She recommended targeting cash buyers rather than paying for major repairs like a new roof that would be necessary for bank financing. Shari clearly understood the market for homes like mine in the area and stressed the importance of timing, saying that we should list the property right away. We listed the property on July 3rd and within 2 days, we received 5 cash offers with one of them being over the asking price, and the asking price which Shari suggested, I thought was way too high given the condition of the property. Shari is unbelievable! She's fast, efficient, experienced, connected, and clearly knows her business inside and out.

When I went to a lender, I had the most difficult time, and we asked Shari for her help in finding a great fast lender. She did, and after that it was smooth and fast. She held our hand at every step of the way and eased us through this very complicated process. She was always reachable and fulfilled our every need. We actually got our dream house. Now, she is helping us sell our old house.

She sold this house for an out of state home owner. We talked in fall of 2021. She went out of her way to provide cost to sell home as is and fixed up. Then she waited for me for moths to get the home fixed up. If I had issues or needed to get something looked at she did it. We we not even under a written contract together. Her trust in my word that she would have the listing is all she needed. She goes over and beyond to help you get the home on the market and sold. Her assessment on the property values were right in the real ball park even with this wild market of pricing rising so fast. She had good advise. i would trust her to do all my buy purchases and sales if we were closer.. I cannot thank you enought for all your help.
