I have lived in the south Florida area for the past 31 years. I personally have the experience of being a Broker Associate for the past 21 years and love what I do. I love building relationships and making dreams come true with every home I sell. I take my job to heart and work very hard and negotiate every transaction very strong for all of the people I work for.
I opened up our brokerages and have been in no less than the top 5 in the state for EXIT every month for the past 17 years. We have the best team around. We all work together in getting the transaction to closing.
The business changes on a daily basis, I need to know about it so in turn I pass it on to the people I work with in my everyday practice.
I am an expert in my field, and I make sure I am on top of what I need to be, and I need to pass that on to my valued clients.
