Jordan was attentive to our requests and worked very hard to get a our new home. Excellent and rapid responses and very good customer service. We purchased online and he did an outstanding job getting the deal closed.

Wow, just wow. Jordan Smith is hands down the BEST possible realtor (and person) that someone could ask for help buying a house in southwest Florida. As first time home buyers in an insane market, my fianc and I had a million questions, and Jordan was there for us every step of the way. I dont think that it ever took him longer than 10 minutes to text/call us back anytime we needed something. He made us really feel like his #1 priority (and Ill tell you what, on our house budget I didnt expect that!). In addition to being incredibly kind, trustworthy, and got to know us as homebuyers, he is also incredibly knowledgeable about todays market, a shrewd negotiator, and savvy about house structure and what is important (as first time buyers without parents in the area, this meant so much to us). Jordan is not only a realtor, but he also flips and sells houses personally which gives him a truly unique perspective on what can be fixed, how, cost, and can even give recommendations.

I was very fortunate that I got Jordan when I called about seeing a property. Within 5 minutes of talking we were lining up a showing within a couple hours. Not only was Jordan familiar with the area (its very rural) but he has experience in buying rural land and building homes. That knowledge was very helpful in evaluating the property, from determining whether the property was a good value, to planning on building a home. Jordan was easy to work with, he was in constant communication and followed up with the various vendors, title co., survey companies, etc. Soon after my offer was accepted, I was going to waive the inspection because the existing home was just a small cabin, and since I am planning on building another home, I did not think an inspection mattered. With one day left of the inspection period the lender informed us we had to have an inspection. Jordan called one his own contacts and they came out to do an inspection the same day! Simply Amazing to work with!

What can I say about working with Jordan? It was absolutely the best experience! He is very knowledgeable across all the aspects of the deal. From his knowledge of the area to his tough negotiating. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thanks Jordan your the best !!
