Simply The Best! Joe, Rose and their Team 54 -- Deb, Kim, Richard and probably others, along with their vendors, contractors and title company made the sale of our three single family rental homes as smooth, easy and profitable as possible! We live in California, have never met any of them in person, but have communicated by telephone calls, text and email. They helped restore the homes to prime sales-worthy condition (the former renters had not left them in the greatest shape). Then, in far less than "average time on market," sold each home to very happy new owners at a price that made us happy. We own another home in Land O'Lakes and when the tenants move out, will definitely sell with Joe and Rose one more time.
