we met Denise through Ideal Agent. Once were put in contact with Denise, she called us right away to discuss our situation. We traveled to Miami for a short visit to family and to meet with Denise to start the process of selling our apartment. This included help to get the place cleaned by a contractor, working deed documents with attorney and most importantly becoming a part of my family doing these transactions, while we were not in Miami.
