To say Monika goes above and beyond is an understatement of epic proportions. There is NO WAY we could have sold our Miami house from out of state without her. She is responsive, professional and well connected in her community. If something needs to be done or fixed she already has a person for the job ready for you! (And everyone she referred did great work at a good price. Just awesome.) She is just REALLY dang good at what she does! She was a ray of sunshine during a process that can sometimes feel really overwhelming. I recommend her always, but especially if you are selling from out of state, you simply will not find ANYONE better!

Monika has represented us on both the buying and selling end - in Palmetto Bay.
