I highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Within 5 minutes of talking with him, it was clear that real estate is his "craft" one that he is very passionate about. More than that, he's just a very personable guy. He's the perfect blend between an industry expert and that good friend or family member you always call because they give the best practical advice. But best of all, Bryan truly puts his customer's needs first. My husband and I met him at an open house shortly after moving to Florida from Washington, DC. We knew absolutely nothing about the Florida real estate market. (Correction: We knew nothing about real estate period.) A short chat with him and we knew he was the right agent for us. He told us about his professional philosophy, which is to work on the client's timeline and never push us to a sale that wasn't right for us. I took that as I do most sales pitches with a huge grain of salt!
