LouAnn stays on top of the buyer's lender to make sure everything is approved, and that the sale will proceed smoothly. Just before closing, the buyer's loan was refused, which left us in a hard spot. LouAnn stayed on top of the entire situation and kept us informed. Miraculously the buyer was referred to another lender that somehow finalized the loan within just days of our original closing date. The sale may have not gone through had LouAnn not been so diligent in her following up with the buyer's lender/agent.
