Nate is a great guy and an excellent realtor. I had so much on my plate with selling and moving to the other side of the world to Germany and he could not have made the process smoother! He orchestrated everything from beginning to end, had vendors on demand to make the repairs needed, and even helped me move my own boxes!! UNBELIEVABLE! Got nates postcard in the mail and it was a great decision listing my properties with him. I owned 3 condos and he sold all 3 of them for me, thousands above full price within days. I am starstruck on what Nathan will do for his clients. Unfortunately dad passed away throughout the transaction, he connected me with the correct attorney to start and complete the probate.
