My job, as I see it, is to make your transaction as stress-free and safe as I possibly can. To accomplish that, I have spent the time and money to educate myself in a way that very, very few realtors have. I have studied property condition issues and their remedies in detail. I have taken courses in property appraisal and negotiation as well, adding classroom learning to the knowledge gained from my years of experience. When I’m not working, I’m often found on the mats, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have a black belt in the lineage of Carlson Gracie and Rinaldo Santos. And, I try to support the local BJJ community through my work, sponsoring local athletes and lending a hand teaching classes.
