As a 10 year managing broker and vice president for one of the largest real estate firms in Florida it was my responsibility to make sure that we maintained a high standard in every transaction no matter the size. I personally oversaw thousands of deals totaling in the 100's of millions of dollars and managed a team of 40 agents. As a former police detective, I developed the communication skills, and interpersonal skills necessary to negotiate with strength and poise.
