Working with Tim and Alyssa was a great experience. We met Tim back in 2005, but decided not to sell at that time. Tim stayed in contact with us, and when we finally made the decision Tim was our only choice. Alyssa was very accommodating and diligent in finding us our new home. We hadn't moved in 31 years so it could have been a very difficult and stressful time, but Tim and Alyssa made it easy. I would recommend the Kizer Group very highly!

So I've known this guy all the way back since high school and that's why when I was ready to start looking for a home to buy I called him. He's always been a good guy and honest. Him and his associate both sent me this house without knowing the other one did, so I knew I had to at least look at it. It's the one, so he went to work getting everything lined up and taken care of. He kept me up on every step of the process and did all the worrying about waiting for appraisal and stuff like that to come back making sure all the numbers matched. He said he does that with every house and I told him don't worry it'll be fine, and it was. We had the closing today and everything went smoothly as expected. It's a real dedicated professional that agrees to doing a closing on a house for a client on their anniversary.
