Russ was the realtor I chose out of 5 I interviewed.He just seemed like he was on top of his profession and his experience showed through.I gave him the price I wanted, which was what Igot! Didn't want to p-lay the old list it high and play games.Move in shape,close to the beach,Russ agreed with the price and he and a buyer in 2 weeks! Everything went smooth,I felt good about taking him on and he did not disappoint! Would recommend him to any one looking for a professional who knows his market and is very thorough!

Russell is good to work with. We did a long distance house shopping and buying process. Russell was very responsive to all our phone calls, e-mails, questions and concerns. When we visited to see houses, he had showings lined up for us and met all of our on the fly requests for additional showings. He was in constant contact with us for our long distance closing and is still following up with us through our moving process. Russell is great to work with and I definitely feel he made our house buying experience more pleasurable.
