Mr. Anthony Sessa is an outstanding realtor. He was able to work with and please more than one family member here. Without his persistence and negotiating skills I doubt we would have been able to secure this property . I will surely use him again if I have need of a realtor and be lucky to get him. Anthony Sessa helped us buy a home, he gave us a good idea about the condition of the home, average values in the area, recommended us to few additional steps like inspection etc before we buy the house. We found him to be very prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He has a good team to back him up, also gave me good referrals to some vendors I needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

During our process we had a few hick ups with title problems. Sessa kept working to keep me up to date on the title issue. Once the issue was finally resolved he quickly moved to get us to closing.

Mr. Sessa was very helpful! He responded to our questions quickly. He kept me me updated throughout the process and made the process very easy since I was out of state! Mr. Sessa's staff was very helpful and always able to answer my questions. I would definitely contact him again if I were buying or selling property.

We used Anthony as a Buyer agent for our home purchase in October 2014. He was very professional and knowledgeable-which was great since we were fist time home buyers. He walked us through the entire process, answered any questions we had and was a great liaison between the Seller and us. When we had issues regarding necessary repairs, etc. he stayed on top of the Seller agent and made sure everything was repaired/resolved as promised. He even paid a locksmith to re-key all our locks-at his own expense. After the home purchase, our A/C unit went out-the seller had provided home warranty but claim to repair/replace A/C was denied-we called Anthony and he was able to have Home Warranty company send a different technician/company out (at no charge) and fix the A/C! We highly recommend Anthony and will definitely use him in the future if we buy or sell a home! Brad and Gina
