Kim Sandberg

Kim Sandberg got her RE license in late 2005, after a long career in advertising sales. Since then, she's helped hundreds of people buy and sell in northeast Florida, in up markets, and down. She is committed to working closely with customers, being sure to understand their needs, motivations and timelines, and making each transaction as smooth and hassle-free as possible. As a Broker-Associate, Kim heads up The Sandberg Team, helping customers in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville and St. Johns, Florida.
