Mark Good

Mark Good was literally an answer to a prayer! We are from Michigan and wanted to find a winter vacation home. We had very high home expectations but also a not-so-high budget. Mark spent nearly 6 days with us, each day helping to narrow down the right choice for us. As the week progressed we realized that we had been blessed with someone who was professional, knowledgeable, detailed, efficient, and caring. We really did feel like his desire for a trusting relationship was every bit as important as finding a home for us. He exceeded every possible expectation we had for finding 'the right realtor'. Before we left town, we signed a contract to purchase a beautiful brand new villa that gave us most of our wish list items yet stayed within our budget. We would not have found a new house without Mark's diligent efforts. More importantly, we feel that we will always have a local friend whenever we come down to our villa. We cannot imagine anyone that could have fit our needs any better!

Remarkable a.k.a Mark. Is truly amazing at his job. He made sure we were always in the know and constantly informing us of absolutely everything going on. Mark asked us all our wants and needs. He kept our price range and must have list always in mind. He never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. Marks communication skills are on point. He always made sure to confirm that we knew what was going on. He was always a text or phone call away if we had any questions (I had a lot). He gave us a list of what homes recently sold for in the neighborhood. Mark suggested a great home inspector and lender. He was very thorough and helped find some pretty expensive fixes that the seller eventually fixed for us. Mark was always communicating with the listing agent. Then reporting back to us what was going on. Mark offered to help in anyway. Even now, after closing, I am still asking him questions. Mark is knowledgeable in every aspect of buying a home. Mark has done so much for us with the purchase of the house. In my opinion he went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. My wife and I truly appreciate everything he did for us before, during and after the purchase. Great experience working with Mark, I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Extremely professional. We did a remote signing for the house and Mark pretty much did everything I would have needed to do if I was there to sign in person.

While I have sold and purchased many homes before, I have never worked with a Realtor who provided better service than Mark. This was my first new home purchase, and there were numerous issues that popped up all during construction and after our final walk-through. Mark was there for everything from the beginning to the very end. He was always on top of things, and knew the right people to contact to get things done. Mark is the best. Simply put. My husband and I were a bit disheartened after having experienced the wrong side of working with a real estate agent having to feel uncertain about the loyalty of our previous agent had made us skepticalMark however proved to be above all the real estate politics and was just real. He was 100% on our side and in the end, we have to say, he knew better than what we did what worked for us. (Really!) It was truly a blessing to have worked with him.
