Bruce and Sheri are AMAZING! They helped us purchase a home we were renting that was being foreclosed on. As you can imagine it was a long complicated process dealing with the bank and different departments that often seemed like weren't communicating with each other! For example at one point the department doing the foreclosure wanted to evict us (even though we were actively negotiating the purchase with another department). Preferred real estate resolved this and all other issues as well as saved us thousands by negotiating a great purchase price! We couldn't have been more happy with them and the service they provided us. They were so patient with us and explained everything to us every time we had a question (this was our first short sale/foreclosure). They even got us a great little thoughtful gift when we closed.
