I have been a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent since 2000. I retired from Dentistry and moved on to get my license and have enjoyed working with customers to help them find the best fit for their needs and wants. I personally have owned several investment beach properties and know the ins and outs of buying investment real estate and also have owned personal first and second homes in our Beach area.
There is a lot of opportunity for people that want to retire at the beach some day to purchase something now and use the income to help pay for it so that is will be ready for personal use when the time time.
