Dave was recommended to us by a friend whom Dave had worked with before. Dave worked tirelessly with us for three years while we slowly looked for a house, got to know the area, watched the market closely and waited until the time was right for us to close. He worked with us patiently year after year, always happily making time for us during our trips to Sarasota, which we came to look forward to very much. He's a remarkable man and one of the most decent and interesting people I know. Really can't say enough.

If and when we look for a new place, I will only deal with Dave Swenson. He is just the greatest. !!!!!!!!!

With dealing with a broker 1200 miles away [ we were from staten island ny] you expect hiccups we never once dealt with this issue with Dave Swenson, He was always available when we called , he answered all our emails prompt and with satisfaction he was always polite and understanding. He new our needs in what home we were looking for and met all of our requirements.His knowledge of the areas we visited were top notch in showing us locations that we requested. Never once being with Dave did we feel discouraged,that we would not find our home in fact we found our "DREAM HOME" and could not be more happy!!!! Like Davey Crockett was to the Alamo, Dave Swenson is to realty the business. PS He also plays a mean piano!
