I have had a love for real estate all my adult life. My father built homes and I was always helping him so I decided to obtain my real estate license and help people to obtain their dream homes. I became a realtor for Indiana and Illinois and worked with McColly Better Homes and Gardens from 1990-1998. I had great mentors and learned much about the real estate market for existing homes and new construction.
I moved to Florida in 1998 and started to rehab homes in the Clearwater area. I receive my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), RSPS certification (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), and PSA certification (Pricing Strategic Advisor. Received my Brokers License in 2016, and a Florida Real Estate Instructor. Received CAM (Community Association Manager License 2020)
