Jennifer is like the fairy godmother you didnt even know you needed. Jennifer walked into a bad situation with me because I was selling my fathers house after his unexpected death and it was not in the best condition. I also did not live in Florida. But in our time of need, Jennifer was a constant source of comfort and action. She took care of details great and small. Further, after our discussions with her, it was clear that shed done her homework and researched all the information needed to determine an appropriate listing price for the house at the price point we felt most comfortable with. It was not about her but about what OUR needs were, as the clients. I am very confident that I had to do something during this whole process but Jennifer made the whole thing so effortless that I barely remember doing anything at all!
