I am a Realtor in Florida for almost 30 years and I am also licensed In Brazil. My native language is Portuguese but here in South Florida we are able to learn Spanish very quickly and also to understand and speak some French and Italian. As a voluntary work I am giving part of my time to the Florida Association of Realtors where I can talk about my experience to the new and younger members. I have also some additional studies of real estate on top of my basic real estate license and here are 3 of them: CRS - Council of Real Estate Specialists CPM - Certificate of Real Estate Manager, issued by the Institute of Real Estate Management CIPS - Certificate of International Property Specialist

My first priority is to provide a good service for buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. Most of my work is from downtown Miami to Fort Lauderdale keeping more concentration in Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, etc
