Rebekah and Gene Rivers started their real estate career in Miami Florida in 1990. After losing everything in Hurricane Andrew on August 24, 1992, they started anew in Tallahassee and built their personal business into a real estate sales team averaging 10 members closing over 200 homes per year for 18 years plus, with a best year of $86 million and 486 houses. The Rivers have sold over 5400 homes since starting their careers.
Gene and Rebekah launched their brokerage ownership in 1996, first with Re/Max , then their first Keller Williams office in Tallahassee and today own and operate four Keller Williams - Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orange Park and Panama City Beach/30A . 2019 total sold houses - 5400 + $1 billion +, placing them #124 in the RealTrends top 500 US brokerage groups.
Gene and Rebekah own North Florida Title Co. and Penn Homes Construction & Real Estate Investment Company. The Rivers have invested in real estate and have a multi-million dollar portfolio.
