Jennifer has helped me see multiple investment properties. They had been managed by a property management company and many were in disrepair. Jennifer helped me decide which repairs were necessary and which ones would return the most money. She is professional, very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure the transactions went as smoothly as possible. This was especially important for me since I am out of town. She even arranged the closings so that I didn't have to be in Tallahassee. I highly receommend Jennifer!
