Christine Williams helped us buy a house in FL while we were still living in TN. She was our eyes and ears when we couldnt be there ourselves. She scoped out houses, gave honest advice about locations and even toured homes and sent us the videos to be able to see the houses through her, essentially. She had recommendations for different companies that we needed (cleaning, fence, carpet cleaners, etc.). She sat in for us at our closing, and after we bought the house, she still helped us by opening the house up for the cleaning person and carpet cleaner. She was AMAZING! She was totally available for us whenever we needed her. Ive known several agents who were so hard to get ahold of, but Christine was the total opposite! Email, text, phone- she was there for us even through Hurricane Irma! She works HARD for her clients! We couldnt have chosen a better agent- we feel so blessed and we love our new home! Christine is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. With this vast knowledge she is quick and accurate about taxes and other associated fees ( ie CCD HOA) If she doesn't know the answer she is on top of it and gets back to you the same day!!
