Mary was amazing from start to finish. We were out of state during our initial search and she put together homes to review, and figured out our style and interests crazy fast! She had the type of homes we liked fully pegged before we even did! She was patient and walked us, first time home buyers, through everything and really fought for us and what we wanted. She was honest and open with her opinions, and when you are from out of state, is an absolute blessing to have someone thumbs down a home because of the area. She really did want us happy and in a good home in a safe area. Her years of experience and her background made her the perfect agent. I cant say enough how great she was.

I went back to Mary after she helped me purchase the home back in 2011. The reason being she was very trustworthy and responsive the first time around. I was renting out the property as an absentee landlord and decided it was time to sell. Since I was out of the area, I was not able to oversee some of the repair items that needed to be done before selling and Mary went above and beyond realtor duties using her local contacts get it ready to sell in a timely fashion. There were no items found in the home inspection and the buyer did not have any extra requests before closing. That speaks to her judgement on what needed to be repaired in the unit (new carpet, minor fixes of hardware, and garage floor painted). I went with her suggestion on the sale price which was pretty close to what I had in mind and it sold within 4 days of being posted on the market. We even closed a week earlier than the deadline.

Mary helped me and my wife find a new home in South Tampa. Mary has a unique ability to listen to her clients and take the time to truly understand what is most important and then use this information to find the right listings, in the right price range. From start, to finish, she was a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable of all the listings in the Tampa Bay area and uses her relationships and experience to get the best possible deal for her clients
