Very professional. Doesn't simply tell you what needs to be done to get a house ready to sell; he helps to secure people to do the work. Photographer used for listing did a wonderful job. Steve worked with photographer to help stage the house. They were in and out within 30 minutes. Keeps the seller well informed of the process, feedback from potential buyers, and any items that need addressing or paperwork that needs completing

He and his assistant got information about vendors for the new home and scheduled people to clean and do repairs at the house we are selling, even staying at the house while work was being done.
