We had the amazing pleasure of working with Kristen and Jesse 5 years ago when we bought our first home. There was NO QUESTION who we were going to use to sell the home this year. They held our hands every step of the way through both the buying and selling process and became wonderful friends. We were given nothing but the best service throughout the entire process of selling our home. From bringing in a professional decorator to help with staging advice and professional photos for the listing to an Italian ice stand for our open house-they go big with everything they do! Kristen and Jesse spent hours here helping us prep and moving around furniture. Kristen lent us her decor for staging. She even helped coordinate with different vendors to help make our home shine, a task that would have been impossible for me to accomplish while juggling a toddler and homeschooled child. During our open house, the neighbors kept sending us pictures of all the prospective buyers waiting in the driveway to get inside our house! As a lawyer myself, I was impressed with her contract writing and negotiation skills that ensured we were protected and covered. She responded quickly and checked in often to address all our concerns and questions. They absolutely set a new standard for the industry!

Being First time home buyers we were really intimidated by the process, but Kristen has been awesome every step of the way. She is always patient and available, with all of our concerns and random questions we have! But most importantly she is just genuine and honest. We are so thankful to have met her!
