John is professional, courteous, and honest. When it came to finding a home, John had my best interests at heart. There was no pushy sales tactics to get me in the first house I visited or any pressure to buy a house at all; especially in todays housing market. Not only did he help me find a home, John also helped me find the best mortgage possible. As a first time home buyer he stayed with me throughout the process, answered questions and was more then willing to help me to ensure I had the best deal possible. John has a knack for evaluating the local market and can quickly and accurately assess a property's potential on the open market. John, like any realtor, earns his income from selling as many properties as possible; however, with John, making a sale at all costs is not something that he is interested in. For instance, at one point John actually informed an opposing realtor making unreasonable demands that those demands were paramount to a "deal breaker." John not only wants to make a sale, he wants to produce the best outcome for all parties. He is a straight-shooter and will speak truthfully to his client or another realtor in a fair and honest manner.
