He dealt with the tenants on the property and made sure everything was flawless and painless from start to finish. He is a true master of his craft. We got top dollar and sold the house amazingly quick. We are super happy!

I mean i've dealt with different people before and they just treat you as the next customer. But it was different with Loodmy. I'm glad i met him and that he was my agent.

He was straight forward and knows the market well, which I could tell fairly quickly. He's been a wonderful source of information and I wish I had met him sooner for other previous purchases I made. He loves his career and you can tell. I'm extremely happy with everything he's done to assist me. Loodmy was very helpful with finding the best home for me. It was difficult to find the correct home at the best price. I had specific needs for hurricane Windows, doors, newer roof, etc. He was great. He even picked me up one day to look at two homes and that was the day I chose the best home for me. Everything worked out very well. Better than I could have thought. I'm really happy he contacted me. I declined other agents after meeting him. He's a pro!
