I think the most beneficial piece to my experience with Dallas was the negotiation. I got a great deal on my first home purchase because Dallas was knowledgeable and skilled. I am very happy that Dallas was the agent I dealt with for my first home buying experience, she explained every step to me and never made me feel like I was incapable. Dallas has exceeded my expectations completely! I initially wanted to sell my home in 2019 but something came up so I backed out. Dallas was absolutely amazing to work with! In addition to being honest, straightforward, and communicative throughout the whole process she address my main concern of selling my home while transitioning out of state for work. It was especially concerning to me due to the fast approaching holidays. My concern, however, was that my temp housing allotment would end before selling my home, or even receiving an offer, and me having to move into my new home and paying for both mortgage and rent.
