Cheryl Bridges

Cheryl Bridges was our realtor for the sale of our home at 3459 Chaselton Court. To say that she accommodated our needs would be an understatement because we presented her with a last minute challenge on a holiday week-end, and she did not hesitate to rise to the challenge! Within a few hours after our initial call to her requesting that she list our home, she had compiled a list of comps and had the paperwork ready for our listing (even after spraining her ankle)! She then accompanied us as we wrote the contract for our new home, took calls from people wanting to show our home, and had a contract 2 days later! Cheryl was professional, accommodating, and got the job done so we could move on to our dream retirement home. She always returned phone calls in a timely manner and dealt with the buyers quickly.
